Napoli Trasfer is a brand dedicated to transfer coordination, managed by Ticket-Naples SRLS, VAT No. 10423081214, PEC: ticketnaples@pec.it.

Napoli Trasfer operates as a logistics coordination and tourist service intermediation structure.

2. Nature of the service

Napoli Trasfer does not directly provide chauffeur-driven rental transport and does not directly execute transport services.

Transport services are carried out exclusively by authorized third-party NCC partner operators, responsible for the material execution of the service according to current regulations.

3. Requests and quotes

Requests sent through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email are not automatically binding. The service is considered confirmed only after availability check and explicit confirmation by Napoli Trasfer.

4. Customer responsibility

The customer must provide correct information regarding pick-up point, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage and any special needs.

5. Changes and cancellations

Any changes or cancellations must be communicated as early as possible. Conditions may vary depending on the specific service, route, date and partner operator availability.
